Basically translated as “a wrap”, this is a sweet found all throughout eastern Europe. Potica is the name used in Slovenia, where it is often a centerpiece at Easter or Christmas. Our version is loaded with a decadent filling of Oregon hazelnuts, California figs, and chocolate.
